MAIN STREET AWARDED TN DOWNTOWN GRANT FOR $198,000 IN IMPROVEMENTS

We make improvements one paint swatch, one property owner and one business at a time. Recipients in the Main Street District have the opportunity to apply for Façade Grants, which are designed to aid in the improvement of the historic assets of our community. Main Street Brownsville assists owners through the process of application and oversees the utilization of funds. Our local community has received over $230,000 in grant assistance since the development of the Main Street organization (Grants were awarded in 2014, 2017 & 2019).
